  • Conducting an initial movement evaluation
  • Form checks with purchased programming
  • Request a specific drill or modification
  • Establishing skill, strength, or mobility goals
  • Creating a plan of working together virtually long-term - discount on coaching provided if you decide to purchase during our session

Video recording and personalized recommendations based on conversation will be provided following our session.
